Terms

Terms of Use

These terms explain who may use Cric BatBall, how the current platform model is described, what conduct is expected, what limits apply to the site, and how concerns should be raised if a dispute or policy question appears.

Last updated: March 12, 2026 Intended audience: 18+ Current model: Free participation only

What these terms cover

These terms apply to use of the public Cric BatBall website, match-information pages, support interactions, policy pages, and any account or participation features that are introduced on the site under the same brand and policy framework.

They are meant to explain the current public rules for using the site, not to imply that every possible future feature is already live. If the platform later adds new formats or new regulated elements, the public terms should be updated to match those changes.

Eligibility and account access

  • Users should be at least 18 years old to use the platform
  • Account details should be accurate and kept reasonably current
  • Each user should maintain only one personal account unless Cric BatBall clearly states otherwise
  • Account credentials should not be shared, sold, transferred, or used by another person
  • Users are responsible for activity carried out through their account
  • Access may depend on local law, operational readiness, and the specific features made live on the site
  • Cric BatBall may ask for enough information to review support, security, or account-access issues where that is reasonably necessary

Current public platform model

The currently published Cric BatBall site presents free participation and recognition-based outcomes only. It does not present deposits, wagering, or cash prizes on these pages. Match participation is described as opening only around the live fixture window, with player selection following the official playing XI.

That distinction matters because visitors should understand the difference between browsing the platform early and actually entering a live challenge. The terms are meant to keep that boundary explicit.

Changes to services and availability

Cric BatBall may revise pages, challenge structures, support routes, eligibility wording, or product features over time. Any future format involving paid entry, prizes of value, or regulated activity would require separate public disclosure and may not be available in every location.

Users should rely on the current published version of the site and policy pages rather than older screenshots, cached pages, or assumptions based on possible future plans.

What these terms mean in practice

The terms are designed to explain real use of the site in everyday language

Browsing vs participation You can read pages, review schedules, and understand the format before a fixture opens, but that does not mean live entry is already available.
Support submissions If you send screenshots, complaint details, or support records, Cric BatBall may use those materials to investigate and respond to the issue you raised.
External information Match listings, lineups, or other cricket references on the site should be read as informational unless Cric BatBall clearly states something broader.
Current version controls If the product wording changes, the published policy date and the live page content should be treated as the controlling public explanation.
What these terms do not promise

The terms explain boundaries as much as they explain access

  • No promise of uninterrupted access, permanent feature availability, or always-open entry windows
  • No promise of monetary return, prize value, or guaranteed ranking outcome on the current public site
  • No claim of official affiliation with IPL, BCCI, TATA IPL, or any franchise unless separately stated in writing
  • No guarantee that older public descriptions remain accurate after the site and policy pages are updated
Participation and fair use

Use of Cric BatBall should follow the published match and platform rules

Before a match opens Visitors may review the site, the rules, and the schedule context, but the public model described on Cric BatBall does not support early team creation before the live match window.
When entry opens Team creation is described as opening around the real match window rather than days in advance, so the participation flow stays tied to the live fixture.
After official lineups Player selection is described as following the confirmed playing XI, which helps keep match participation grounded in real and visible match conditions.
Recognition and results Any ranking, badge, or recognition outcome remains subject to the rules shown for the relevant format and should not be treated as a promise of any monetary return.
Conduct and misuse

Users should not misuse the site, other users, or the brand

  • No impersonation, fraud, harassment, or abusive contact with users or support staff
  • No fake accounts, multiple accounts for unfair advantage, or account sharing
  • No bots, scripts, scraping, automation, or attempts to bypass normal platform flows
  • No harmful code, probing, or unauthorized access attempts against the site, accounts, or support systems
  • No attempts to manipulate rankings, challenge results, account access, or support processes
  • No false claim that Cric BatBall is officially affiliated with IPL, BCCI, TATA IPL, or any franchise
  • No copying or republication of branded content in a misleading or unauthorized way
Content, rights, and attribution

Site content and brand elements should not be reused in misleading ways

Cric BatBall's site layout, written material, branding, explanations of match flow, and other platform content may be protected by applicable rights. Users should not reproduce, scrape, rebrand, or present Cric BatBall materials as their own without permission.

  • Brand names, logos, and page designs should not be copied for confusingly similar use
  • Written content should not be republished out of context or presented as official league material
  • Schedule summaries and match-timing explanations on Cric BatBall remain subject to the source information available to the site
Disclosures and limitations

These pages explain the site, but they do not remove all uncertainty

Cric BatBall should not imply guaranteed wins, official partnerships, uninterrupted availability, or complete official fixture control where those things are not true. Match schedules, lineup timing, and site features may change, and users should rely on the current published pages rather than assumptions or old screenshots.

Independent platform: Cric BatBall is presented as an independent fan platform. References to IPL teams, fixtures, venues, or lineups are informational and do not by themselves create official league affiliation.

Restriction, suspension, and review

Cric BatBall may restrict access where misuse, risk, or unresolved issues appear

  • Accounts or access may be limited where abuse, manipulation, impersonation, multiple-account misuse, or security concerns are identified
  • Automation, scraping, account sharing, or unauthorized access attempts may lead to immediate review or restriction
  • Moderation or access decisions may follow reports from users, support review, or internal investigation
  • Users who believe a serious issue was handled improperly may use the grievance route for formal review
  • Routine questions should go through normal support before becoming a grievance matter
Updates and contact

Material policy changes should appear on this page with a new date

Cric BatBall may revise these terms as the site changes. When those revisions are material, the updated date on this page should change so users can see when the public legal framework was last refreshed.

Questions about these terms can be sent to knowmore@cricbatball.com. Unresolved or formal matters can be routed through the grievance process after normal support has had a reasonable chance to review the issue first.
